Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious, attractively furnished, and clean rooms with an old-world charming feel. The service was accommodating and friendly. The location is ideal for sightseeing and dining but may not be the safest. The dining experience could use significant improvement, while the facilities are generally good.
The hotel is situated in a prime location near the French Quarter and Frenchman St, offering easy access to the vibrant surroundings. The rooms are charming, spacious, and meticulously clean, featuring thoughtful amenities like makeup wipes and dishwashing liquid. The service is top-notch, with professional and friendly staff catering to guests' needs flawlessly. The facilities, including a pool and hot tub in a gated area, enhance the overall stay experience.
I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The location was superb, allowing me to explore various attractions easily. The rooms were cozy, but there were some issues with the service that could have been improved. The dining experience was generally good. The overall value for money was reasonable.
The hotel is located in a convenient spot, close to the French Quarter but away from the noise. The rooms are comfy in an historic building, albeit with a slight smell issue initially. The service showed a mix of responses, from a sympathetic approach to unavailability. The location offers easy access to various attractions and free street parking. Dining options are simple, and the facilities provide a decent stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were laid out like two separate bedrooms, needing some small remodeling for a better experience, but they were just okay – not the cleanest and not fully supplied as advertised. On the bright side, the service was excellent, with the staff even confirming my reservation and offering parking options ahead of time. The location was fantastic, close to everything I wanted to see and do, with a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxation. However, the dining experience, while offering healthy options alongside croissants and cheese, could use some improvement in variety. Overall, it was a decent stay with room for enhancement.
The hotel is in a perfect location and very roomy, with clean and comfy beds. The room size was small but nice; however, the shower was very small, making it a bit challenging to wash my hair.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were really comfortable and nice and cold, which is perfect for a great night's sleep. They had extra amenities and were clean, fresh, exactly what we wanted - a comfy spot in a historic building close to the Quarter. The service was very nice, and the staff seemed sympathetic, friendly, and more than willing to help with any requests; I would definitely stay there again. The location was perfect, close to everything with plenty of free street parking around, so no need to pay for their parking. The dining experience was excellent, and the facilities were top-notch.
